Budgeting Basics for Non-Profits

Your budget makes a strong statement about your organization's intentions and plans as it indicates what the non-profit expects to tackle in the coming year, or years. As importantly, it provides a way to monitor progress. In this workshop you will learn the budget development cycle, revenue and cost projection best practices, how to account for restricted funds, and strategies to deal with budget variances.

You will leave with solid principles to create and monitor a sound budget for your non-profit.
