Labour and Delivery: stages of labour, pain management, coping mechanisms, and the medical side of labour and delivery. 
2 Hour Recovery Period: what to expect, delayed cord clamping, skin to skin, and 1st initial breastfeed.
Postpartum Care for Mom: breast care, mental health, and perineal care.
Newborn Care: breastfeeding, cord care, diaper changing, SUID (what it is and preventative measures), bathing, and baby products.
